By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

WordReaper provides word game tools, word lists, reference pages, and related informational content for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes.

WordReaper is an independent project. References to third-party games, brands, or trademarks, including Scrabble, Words With Friends, and Wordle, are for descriptive, informational, and compatibility purposes only.
All third-party trademarks, service marks, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. WordReaper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hasbro, Mattel, Zynga, The New York Times, or their affiliates.
8. Content Accuracy and No Guarantee
We aim to provide useful, accurate, and up-to-date word game tools and content. However, we do not guarantee that:
- the Site will always be available
- the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted
- all word lists, definitions, scores, accepted words, or game-related information will always be complete, current, or correct
- any particular result will be accepted in every game, version, dictionary, or jurisdiction
Different games and dictionaries may accept different words. You are responsible for checking applicable game rules and dictionaries where necessary.
9. Educational and Informational Purposes
WordReaper is provided for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. The Site is intended to assist with word discovery, vocabulary learning, and puzzle solving, but it does not replace official game rules, official dictionary sources, or professional advice where relevant.

14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORDREAPER AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS. BECAUSE THE SITE DOES NOT CURRENTLY SELL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, THIS WILL USUALLY BE ZERO.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WordReaper and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Site
- your violation of these Terms
- your violation of any law or third-party rights
- any content or information you submit to us
16. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and WordReaper regarding your use of the Site.
